Essential storage

Essential settings keep the website working, remember your cookie choice, and support booking or checkout functionality. Your cookie preference is stored in your browser until you change or clear it. A referring website's hostname may be retained in sessionStorage during the current tab session; it contains no referring URL path, search terms or ad click identifier.

• dalu_consent_v1 — localStorage; records your cookie preference until changed or browser data is cleared.
• cf_clearance — Cloudflare security cookie; may be set after a security challenge to remember that the browser passed verification. Its lifetime depends on Cloudflare configuration.
• dalu_original_source_session_v1 — sessionStorage; original external referring hostname for the current tab session.
• ReserveEase booking / webshop functional cookies or storage may be needed to complete a transaction; a full inventory of its device identifier requires a joint audit.

Optional analytics

If you choose Analytics only or Accept all, Google Analytics or other configured analytics tags may measure site activity. Their exact cookie names and periods depend on the deployed tag configuration. No analytics tag should set optional cookies before permission.

Optional advertising

Only after Accept all do we preserve Google Ads click IDs and UTM campaign data for attribution (configured up to 90 days in localStorage) and send eligible campaign details with reservations or purchases.

Advanced Google Consent Mode may send limited cookieless Google measurement signals while permission is denied. These signals do not supply person-level campaign attribution.

Third parties and choices

Cloudflare security features, Google tags, Stripe checkout and the ReserveEase booking/webshop service may use their own cookies or technical storage. Their actual purposes, lifetimes and domains should be confirmed using a production browser audit and the providers' current notices.

Use the Change cookie choices button below, or the Cookie preferences link in the footer, to accept or refuse optional tracking. Rejecting optional cookies does not stop you booking a table or buying a gift card.
